3. Products & Services

  • Our watches are limited edition, Swiss Made timepieces. Once sold out, they are not restocked.

  • Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice, though we make every effort to ensure accuracy.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is free worldwide. Orders are shipped fully insured with tracking.

  • Delivery times vary by destination, but we aim to ship within 2–3 business days of purchase.

  • Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging with all accompanying materials.

  • Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

7. Warranty

  • All Alpine Vérité watches include a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Alpine Vérité is not liable for damages arising from misuse of our products.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
